At Selfedu Zone, all products and services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. This page explains how access to your purchased content is granted and what to expect after a successful payment.
Instant Digital Delivery: Upon successful payment, premium access to the purchased subject(s) or class is activated immediately and automatically on your registered account. No shipping, no waiting — your content is available the moment your transaction is confirmed.
1. Nature of Products
All products offered by Selfedu Zone are intangible digital goods, including but not limited to:
- Chapter-wise question banks (MCQ, Short Answer, Long Answer)
- Mock tests and practice papers
- Subject-wise academic content for CBSE and ICSE boards (Class 6 to 12)
No physical delivery of any kind is involved. There is no courier, shipment, or postal service associated with any purchase made on this platform.
2. Delivery Method
Content is delivered entirely online through your secure, login-based dashboard on selfeduzone.com. After a successful payment:
- Immediate Access: Your account is upgraded to premium status instantly. You can log in and begin accessing the purchased content without any delay.
- Email Confirmation: A purchase confirmation is sent to your registered email address (support@selfeduzone.com for support). This email serves as proof of purchase.
- Dashboard Access: All purchased subjects and classes are accessible from your personalized dashboard under your account.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Successful Payment: Access is granted within a few seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes of payment confirmation from our payment partner, PayU.
- Delayed Activation: In rare cases of network latency or payment gateway delays, access may take up to 30 minutes. If you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a confirmed payment, please contact us immediately.
4. Access Validity
- Purchased content is valid for 1 academic year from the date of purchase, as specified at the time of checkout.
- Access is granted to one user account only. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- There are no automatic renewals. A fresh purchase is required for subsequent academic years.
5. Non-Delivery / Access Failure
If your payment was successful (as confirmed by your bank or payment receipt) but access was not granted to your account, this constitutes a non-delivery event. In such cases:
- Contact us immediately at support@selfeduzone.com with your Transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
- We will verify the transaction with PayU and either activate your access manually or initiate a full refund within 7 to 10 working days, as per our Refund Policy.
