Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Selfedu Zone, we value the trust our students place in us. As we provide digital educational content (including question banks, mock tests, and PDFs), we have established the following policy regarding refunds and cancellations.
Try Before You Buy: To ensure you are satisfied with our quality, Selfedu Zone offers a 100% free trial of the Full Content of Chapter 1 for every subject. No sign-up is required to access this trial. We strongly recommend all students explore these free materials before making a purchase.
1. Digital Content & One-Time Purchase Policy
All products offered by Selfedu Zone are intangible digital goods. By purchasing a subject or a full class, you are acquiring a license to access premium academic content for a fixed validity period of 1 academic year. Because we provide extensive free content for evaluation and instant delivery of premium access upon payment, we maintain a strict no-refund policy:
- Full Content Consumed: Once access to the premium dashboard is granted, the digital goods are considered "delivered" and "consumed." We do not offer refunds once premium access is activated.
- Evaluation Period: Since the 1st Chapter of every subject is available for free without registration, we assume that the user has reviewed the content quality and technical compatibility before proceeding to pay.
- Hardware & Software Compatibility: It is the user's responsibility to ensure their device, operating system, and internet connection meet the requirements to access the platform. We do not offer refunds for compatibility issues arising on specific user devices, provided the service is functioning correctly on our servers.
- Fixed One-Year Validity: Every purchase is a one-time transaction. We do not provide prorated or partial refunds if you complete your studies early or stop using the platform before the 1-year period expires.
- Selection Errors: It is the responsibility of the user to select the correct class and subjects during checkout.
2. Duplicate Payments / Technical Errors
In the event of a technical glitch where a payment is successful but access to the content is not granted, or if a user is charged twice for the same transaction, we will initiate a refund.
- Verification: You must report the issue to support@selfedyzone.com with the transaction ID and a screenshot of the payment confirmation.
- Resolution: Once verified, the excess or failed amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through our payment partner, PayU. It typically takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after the refund is initiated by us.
4. Validity and Expiry
Access to the purchased subjects or class is valid only for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., 1 Year from Date of Purchase).
- No Prorated Refunds: There are no partial or prorated refunds if you stop using the service before the validity period expires.
- No Automatic Renewals: Your account will not be automatically charged next year. To access content for the next class, you must initiate a fresh purchase.
